For burgers, get the best flavor by mixing it into the ground meat before cooking. Top with extra seasoning during cooking to give it an extra boost of flavor.
For steak or chicken breasts apply generously, rubbing into meat, (approx.1-2 tbsp per lb of meat) then gently rub on VERY light coating of oil (pref olive oil, however any fresh oil will work), covering the blend. Allow to sit 1 to 2 hours before cooking meat. The oil locks in both the flavors and juices as it cooks, creating a tender and juicy portion with amazing taste! While it is cooling, LIGHTLY sprinkle with more Wild West Seakburger seasoning blend to ensure full flavor.
