- Our Limon Chili is a complex blend of Lime and lemon juice, with orange zest, combined with a few types of chilies, starting with Ancho Chili. And don’t forget an amazing rice.
BEST USE FOR ANY MEAT or SEAFOOD
Apply Limon Chili generously, rubbing into meat (approx.1-2 tbsp per lb of meat) then gently rub on VERY light coating of oil (pref olive oil, however any fresh oil will work), covering the blend. Allow to sit 1 to 2 hours before cooking meat. The oil locks in both the flavors and juices as it cooks, creating a tender and juicy portion with amazing taste! While it is cooling, LIGHTLY sprinkle with more Limon Chili to ensure full flavor.
Also apply this to any dish for added depth and flavor.
