ADOBO LOCO Experience the flavors of the Caribbean Isles!! This is their Season-all, originating from Puerto Rico, but is used (in many variations) throughout the entire Caribbean and Central and South America.
- Our ADOBO LOCO is a long traditional blend of very simple recipe, but is used for most everything in the Caribbean, even Iguanas! Indulge in the rich and authentic blend of flavors, straight from the Caribbean Islands! Our mixed of garlic, oregano and black pepper, brings out the food’s best!
BEST FOR MOST ANYTHING, TRADITIONALLY WHITE MEAT OR VEGETABLES
Sprinkle on everything! Before or after you cook. This stuff is great on any veggie or as a dip for any occasion!
Apply ADOBO LOCOgenerously, rubbing into meat (approx.1-2 tbsp per lb of meat) then gently rub on VERY light coating of oil (pref olive or Avocado oil, however any fresh oil will work), covering the blend. Allow to sit 1 to 2 hours before cooking meat. The oil locks in both the flavors and juices as it cooks, creating a tender and juicy portion with amazing taste!
Also apply this to any dish for added depth and flavor.
