There are a lot of variations out there for the grill for you to use. But we think ours will change your mind, if not the meat. We combine real ancho chili, chipotle, and cumin for that Southwest low heat and flavor, and added a good bit of dark brown sugar to help caramelize the meat, without the burn. Add some Himalayan pink salt to the mix and even Bobby might be proud.
It’s not too hot, but it is spicy goodness. Perfect for any meat and tailored for that barbecue grill or that smoker you love.
